Application procedure: those interested should send an e-mail to the congress address congreso.ff50@usc.es, indicating the type and number of rooms, the dates and the names of the occupants. In the case of requesting rooms at student rates, supporting documentation must be attached. The congress organisers will make the reservation in SUR and will send a link to the applicant to complete the application and make the payment.

The modification or cancellation of a confirmed and paid reservation must be requested at least 7 days before the date of arrival at the residence hall or hall of residence. Cancellations and modifications must be communicated directly to SUR, by sending an e-mail to: sur@usc.es.
