How to get there?
People using the plane as a means of transport will arrive at Rosalía de Castro airport, which is connected to the city by city bus, line 6A (the price is €1), and taxi (the established fare to the centre of Santiago is €23).
People arriving by train or bus will arrive at the Intermodal Station. The station is close to the city centre, but is about 35 minutes’ walk from the faculty. Taxis can be taken from the station and there are also city bus stops nearby.
How to get to the congress venue
The congress will take place at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Santiago de Compostela, Avda. de Castelao, s/n (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SyHyV39g3rHq1hpj6).
From the city centre, the congress venue is a 25-30 minute walk away.
The city bus lines to the Faculty are 5 (every 20 minutes) and 15 (every 22 minutes), and can be taken at Plaza de Galicia. The nearest stops to the Faculty are Avda. Castelao (Journalism) and Burgo das Nacións (Auditorio de Galicia). The same lines can be taken to return to the city centre.
For those who decide to use their private vehicle, free parking is available both at the Faculty of Philology and in the immediate vicinity of the building.
